The hearts of Brooklyn are mourning. The death of their "Queen of Brooklyn" is nothing short of a tradgedy. An outcry of support flooded the internet with unbelief and prayers for the unofficial legend of the borough. According to news sources, Nenobia Washington fell from the sixth floor of a building to her death on Saturday night, October 30. At a nearby hospital, they pronounced her dead.

TMZ reported that David Jackson, the father of Washington's son, believes that she fell from the window. Other sources told TMZ that she jumped. As of now, the official cause of her death is unclear.

When HotNewHipHop interviewed her on camera, in 2015, Washington passionately stated her stance on all things Jay-Z, Little Kim and more. After the outlet posted the video, her remarks went viral. From then on, Washington's popularity continued to rise, giving life to the name "Queen of Brooklyn."

When fans, and even the music streaming platform TIDAL, heard of her passing, they took to social media to offer their sentiments.

In the words of one of her fans,
