Jay-Z may take center stage as the headliner for the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show, according to reports.
The speculation gained traction after a viral post claimed that the Roc Nation founder was set to perform at the highly anticipated event, scheduled to take place at Levi’s Stadium on February 8, 2026.
While there has been no official confirmation from Jay-Z, Roc Nation, or the NFL, the idea isn’t far-fetched given Jay-Z’s ongoing partnership with the league. Since 2019, his company Roc Nation has been responsible for curating Super Bowl halftime performances, including the critically acclaimed 2025 show headlined by Kendrick Lamar, which became the most-watched in Super Bowl history.
A fter it was announced that Lamar was taking the stage last year, Jay-Z released a statement. “Kendrick Lamar is truly a once-in-a-generation artist and performer. His deep love for hip-hop and culture informs his artistic vision. He has an unparalleled ability to define and influence culture globally. Kendrick’s work transcends music, and his impact will be felt for years to come.”
