Colin Powell dies at the age of 84

Colin Powell , who served as the first black Secretary of State for the United States of America has died at the age of 84.  Powell was a mainstay in several Republican administrations and his work shaped US Foreign policy for decades.  Powell had been battling Blood Cancer, but it is reported that he died of complications to Covid-19 despite being fully vaccinated.
