A$AP Rocky Calls His New Album a ‘Gourmet Meal’

After seven long years since Testing, A$AP Rocky’s fans may finally be getting the feast they’ve been waiting for.

Fresh off being found not guilty of felony assault, the rapper’s highly anticipated album, Don’t Be Dumb, appears to be on the horizon.

In an interview with GQ in Milan, Italy, Rocky shared what he’s been cooking for his hungry fanbase.

“The truth of the matter is fans, they’re starving. And I don’t think that any of us—it’s numerous artists, Frank Ocean, Lauryn Hill, D’Angelo, Rihanna, whoever. I think those people who really take their time to put out timeless pieces, projects and bodies of work, that’s all that matters,” Rocky said. “I don’t think they’re putting out music to stay relevant, to stay culturally relevant, to stay with the times, or just to have a dick swinging contest.”

Rocky noted that Don’t Be Dumb will be a “gourmet meal” for his fans because they’ve been starving for some new music.

“It’s hot y’all!” he said. “It’s hot! The chef is cooking. But here we are. I just want to bring it out. A whole gourmet meal. The whole course.”

In another victory, the Harlem rapper was named the first-ever creative director of Ray-Ban. He will be consulting on product design to brand campaign direction.

Fabrizio Uguzzoni, Ray-Ban’s president said in a statement, “Today, we are welcoming A$AP Rocky into our family; he’s a visionary artist and creator.” “His ability to push the boundaries of the diverse worlds he explores, aligns with the Ray-Ban DNA. We are reinforcing the brand’s values of innovation, pioneering spirit, and courage. Let the future begin!”

“I’ve always admired Ray-Ban’s ability to stay true to its roots while constantly evolving.” “I’m excited to be part of the strong heritage and develop the next chapter for an iconic brand like Ray-Ban,” Rocky added.

Ray Romano Embraces a “Year of Yes” with His Broadway Debut in All Out

Ray Romano is stepping far outside his sitcom comfort zone with his Broadway debut in the new comedy All Out, framing the move as part of his self‑declared “year of yes.” The Everybody Loves Raymond star told Today that he’d spent years turning down theater offers because he was intimidated by the grind of eight shows a week and the fear of forgetting lines onstage. What finally changed his mind was learning that All Out would be a limited, three‑week engagement with a rotating cast of comedian
